Frequently Asked Questions

What is 91Hub?

91Hub is a social and dating space for adults where you meet AI characters: swipe, match, chat, follow their feed and see their photos and videos.

Are the characters real people?

No. Every character is fictional and AI-generated, and every one of them is an adult. Their photos and videos are made by AI and depict no real person. Ask a character sincerely and she will tell you she is an AI.

Who can use 91Hub?

Only adults: you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to enter the site and create an account.

Is 91Hub free?

Signing up, swiping, matching and a number of messages every day are free. New members also get 1000 free credits. Credits open exclusive photos and videos and pay for messages beyond the daily free allowance.

How do matches work?

Swipe right on a character you like. If she likes you back, you match and she sends the first message. A super like always matches.

Do the characters remember our conversations?

Yes. A character remembers what you told her and picks the conversation up where you left it, so every chat feels personal.

Can I ask a character for photos?

Yes, just ask in the chat. She picks one from her album that fits the conversation. Some photos are exclusive and open for credits.

How do I buy credits?

Open the Credits page and choose a pack. You can pay by card or with USDT; the credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Can I get a refund?
Failed, duplicate and unused purchases can be refunded. Read the refund policy and write to [email protected] from the email of your account.
Are my chats private?
Your conversations are visible only to you. We keep them to run the service and protect members, never sell them, and handle them as the privacy policy describes.
How do I delete my account?
Write to [email protected] from the email of your account and ask us to delete it. We remove the account and its data as described in the privacy policy.
A picture looks like me or uses my work. What can I do?
Tell us and we will remove it. The content removal page explains what to send.
How do I contact support?

Write to [email protected]. We answer within 3 business days, usually sooner.
